The location is excellent, close to the tram line and city center. the communal areas were also nice. They provided a comfortable space to relax.
The room was very small. there was no space to even reach the bed. The bathroom door did not close properly! there was no privacy at all.

I received a free upgrade upon arrival, really thoughtful after my travels. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful throughout my stay (especially during check-in). The location proved convenient for accessing key attractions. I appreciated the central position of the hotel.
The bathroom lacked a little privacy due to the design. It felt a bit exposed. I could hear noises outside, a minor annoyance.

The location was central and close to everything. i found the cleanliness excellent. My room was super clean upon arrival. the staff were also quite helpful and provided quick assistance when needed! the room had effective soundproofing, blocking out street noise effectively.
The room size proved to be a little restrictive for longer stays. Though manageable, it lacked space for extensive luggage.

the location was central to many attractions i found the room very clean on arrival i appreciated the fresh towels provided the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep
the room was small there was limited space for luggage i found only two coat hangers available i missed having tea and coffee making facilities directly in the room
